Warranty registration on the BIG MAX US website is only possible with a US mailing address (including Alaska and Hawaii), for all other countries (including non-EU countries) registration is only possible via the European BIG MAX website (bigmaxgolf.com) possible.
Due to the Montreal Convention, the air carrier is liable for destruction, loss or damage to checked baggage, regardless of fault.

Products
Golf clubs with graphite shafts require special care, especially during the hot summer months. Please be aware that high temperatures inside a car, particularly in the trunk, can negatively affect the material properties of graphite shafts.
Exposure to extreme heat can soften the resin that holds the graphite fibers together, making the shafts more vulnerable. When stored in this condition, the constant vibrations and movement while driving can cause the shafts to rub against the top of the bag (club head end), leading to abrasion and damage. These kinds of damages are often not immediately visible but can result in long-term weakening of the shaft material, and in the worst case, cause the shaft to break.
To protect your golf clubs, we strongly recommend not leaving your golf bag in the car – especially not in the trunk – for extended periods after playing. Instead, store your clubs in a cool, dry place outside the vehicle to preserve their condition and avoid potential damage.
With proper care and correct storage, your equipment will maintain its quality for years to come.

All of our cart bags are designed with a divider for 14 clubs.

Hybrid means that a stand bag can also be used as a cart bag, as it has a hybrid floor suitable for trolleys.

QF is a Quickfix designation. Accessories with this designation fit all of our push/pull trolleys. For trolleys that do not have a QF mount, we recommend the Rainstar Classic.

Yes. We also recommend rotating wheels from left to right every so often to allow for even wear.

You can store eg your glove, 3 balls and some tees. Please do not store drinking bottles or other heavy objects in it.
We have our own transport bags for the Blade and Blade+ trolley.
All QL and QF accessories can be attached to the trolley. (Umbrella holder, ball holder, towel holder, ashtray, range finder bag, drink bottle holder,..)
You can get 2 types of grips from us. One handle is available for the Blade trolley and another handle for all other trolleys.

Yes, we can still offer numerous spare parts here.
Unfortunately we don't have any spare parts here. Please check all the functions of your travel cover after each trip, but still directly at the airport. According to the Montreal Convention, the airline is responsible for any damage incurred during the journey.

Yes, all of our bags come with a rain cover.
Please check the left and right axis for breaks. If you don't find any cracks here, clean all the parts and add some lubricant. If you see a break, we ask you to contact your retailer.
We offer a replacement for each model.
Please use a damp cloth and a little dishwashing liquid. Avoid strongly colored detergents with many additives. At the end you can complete the cleaning again with a cloth dampened with water.
